The Journey

Deepali founded SVA (Sva Back2Nature) in 2018 in Singapore, driven by her passion for clean beauty and her background as a science graduate and certified cosmetic formulator from Formula Botanica, UK — one of the world's most prestigious organic cosmetic science institutions.

For more than 10 years, she meticulously researched and studied plant dyes from across the globe — from the ancient traditions of henna and indigo to cutting-edge botanical formulations — before successfully developing a 100% plant-based solution for grey coverage that truly works.

A First in Singapore & India

Deepali is recognised as the #1 Plant-Based Hair Dye Expert in Singapore and India — a distinction earned through years of hands-on expertise, client consultations, and a commitment to results that speak for themselves.

In early 2020, she introduced SVA's complete range of plant-based hair dyes, which are now available at the WATSONS e-store in Singapore — a testament to the brand's credibility and growing reach.
