Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At SVA Plant Based Hair Dyes, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The seal on the product is intact and unbroken
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer (final sale)

2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, a brief reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective). We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (bank details required).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges We offer exchanges for the same product category or a product of equal value, subject to availability, within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead

7. Non-Returnable Items The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used hair dye products
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased under promotion or sale.
