2. About Us SVA Plant Based Hair Dyes is an online store selling plant-based hair dye products. Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc.

3. Eligibility By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Products

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product colours and shades may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to screen display differences.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Orders & Payment

  • We accept prepaid orders only via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. COD is not available.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.
  • Order processing is handled in partnership with Ancient Alchemy LLP, our authorised distribution partner in India.

7. Shipping & Delivery Shipping and order fulfilment across India is managed by Ancient Alchemy LLP, our authorised distributing partner. All shipments are dispatched via local courier partners. Shipping is further governed by our [Shipping Policy], which forms part of these Terms of Service.

8. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms of Service.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and product descriptions — is the property of SVA Plant Based Hair Dyes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability SVA Plant Based Hair Dyes or Ancient Alchemy LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

11. Allergic Reactions & Product Use

Our products are crafted from pure plant-based ingredients; however, natural does not always mean suitable for everyone. Skin sensitivity and reactions can vary significantly from person to person.

  • We strongly recommend performing a patch test 48 hours before use. Check for any sensitivity or adverse reaction.Full usage instructions are provided with every product  — please follow them carefully.
  • SVA Plant Based Hair Dyes shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, irritation, or allergic responses arising from failure to perform a patch test, non-compliance with usage instructions, or use of the product on damaged, broken, or sensitised skin. 
  • If you experience any discomfort during or after use, discontinue immediately and consult a medical professional.
  • When working with fine powder formulations, we recommend wearing a face mask during application to prevent accidental inhalation of airborne particles.
  • Individuals with a diagnosed G6PD (Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase) enzyme deficiency are advised to avoid the use of Henna, as it may trigger adverse reactions in those with this condition.
  • Individuals with a known mould or fungal allergy are advised to avoid the use of Indigo powder, as it may cause a sensitivity reaction.

12. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, India.

13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
